Shifting Into Fall

It is that time of year again, and all of us at Maggies are ready to turn the store upside down and move everything around!  Every year, just as Fall is approaching, we close the store for one day to do what we call our Fall Shift. (Please note, this year we will be closed Monday, August 27^th).  Our goal will be to create a totally new look and environment for you to enjoy.  Our plans include bringing in new furniture, lighting, tabletop and a selection of really magnificent mirrors.  We have several new and exciting decorative pieces, and a few items that I like to call “hmm finds”…things I saw at market that are so unique they will make you stop and take a second look!

Another aspect of our Fall Shift is setting the mood for Fall – the season for transforming our homes in preparation for the approaching holidays.  The moment you walk into the store you will recognize the familiar fragrance of Fall at Maggies – cinnamon, citrus and spices in both candles and beautiful natural botanicals.   We will inspire you with an abundance of lacey cobwebs, sassy skeletons, friendly witches and fairytale pumpkins all perfect for planning a spooky Halloween party.  And finally, our life like bittersweet, rich colored linens and striking new dinnerware will be a lavish backdrop for any holiday table setting.

So make sure to note we are closed on Monday, August 27^th, but please come visit us soon after to enjoy the transformation.  As always,  shop early for the best selection!
